2. Entry into the prize draw will give participants the chance to win a Christmas Tablescape during the Competition Period (the “Prize”), this is made up of the following items: Meri Meri 6-Pack Holly Christmas Crackers, Elizabeth Scarlett Sacred Heart Velvet Stocking, Elizabeth Scarlett Sacred Heart Velvet Pouch, Fiona Walker Medium Velvet Robin, Fiona Walker Small Liberty Print Robin, Meri Meri 2-Pack Candy Cane Christmas Taper Candles, Meri Meri 3-Pack Small Drum Christmas Candles
3. Draw opens on Tuesday 3 December at 9am and closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday 11th December 2024 (altogether the “Competition Period”).
4. Anyone who follows @bazaarbymonsoon on Instagram, likes the participating Instagram post, and tags a friend in a comment on the participating Instagram post will be entered into the prize draw.
5. There will be one Prize winner, winning the prize listed above.
6. Only those people over the age of 18 and resident in the UK or ROI are eligible to be entered into the draw.
7. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries (the “Winners”). The Winners will be notified via a Direct Message on Instagram from the official Monsoon Bazaar account @bazaarbymonsoon
8. In the event that a Winner fails to respond within 10 days of the date of the Instagram message informing them of their Prize, they will be disqualified from the draw. Such entry shall be void and the promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to alternative winner (s), drawn at random from the remaining entries.
10. The Prize is non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be given.
11. The result of each prize draw shall be final.
12. Employees (and their immediate family) of Monsoon or its associated companies are not eligible to enter the draw.
13. In the event that the prize draw is rendered impossible due to any reason beyond the control of the promoters, the promoters shall not be liable and shall have absolute discretion to vary or amend the competition.
14. In the event of a dispute, the promoters’ decision is final.
15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this competition.
