Your C&C order will be in your chosen store within 2-4 working days.
Once delivered in store you will receive a email notification from the store advising that your order is ready for collection.
Your order will be kept for 10 days before being returned back to the warehouse for a full refund.
If you are unable to collect your parcel yourself, the person collecting will need the order number, your identification and be able to sign for the parcel.
If your parcel is not collected and returned to our warehouse please allow 14 days for the date of return for your refund to appear on your account.
Due to space restrictions our stores are unable to hold onto parcels for longer than 10 days.
