How do I return an international order (for international orders only and not for UK, ROI or US returns)?

THIS ARTICLE IS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PLACED AN ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE UK, IRELAND AND THE US.

Please be aware that we do not offer a free returns service for international customers, customers returning orders from outside of the UK and ROI are liable to pay any return postage costs.

We always recommend that you use a tracked delivery option when sending parcels back from outside the UK and ROI.

When returning to our warehouse please ensure you write your home return address on the outside of your parcel. This is to ensure that if deliveries are delayed or stopped then there is the option for your courier to return this to you. 

Please do not return your order to our head office London address, doing so may delay your refund from being processed or misplaced.
