Once you’ve become a member, you can start collecting Rewards straight away.
You collect £1/€1 for every £10/€10 spent, see example below:

| £80 spend = 80 points | £8 Reward |
| £120 spend = 120 points | £12 Reward |
These points will be pending to allow for any returns and cancellations and, after 30 days of purchase, will clear and be ready to spend.
All cleared points are valid for 12 months.
You can view your pending and cleared points balance on your account.
If shopping in store simply present your Reward number to collect Rewards or use your vouchers.
When shopping online simply log into your Monsoon online account and collect Rewards whilst you shop and use your vouchers.
Rewards can not be collected on values paid for with a Gift Card or Reward Voucher.
