If you’ve chosen any delivery service except our Click and Collect services, your tracking link will be included in your despatch email.

 

Our standard and next-day delivery orders are shipped by Evri*, and we highly recommend downloading the Evri app. It’s free to download from the App Store or Google Play and offers many benefits.

If you won’t be home, you can easily divert your parcel to a neighbour or local ParcelShop/locker. You can also set up a safe space like a garage, porch, or shed.

 

We understand that orders may occasionally be misplaced or delayed. To address this, we’ve partnered with Evri to introduce a new process that allows us to investigate the location of your order with your local courier.

 

As part of this process, we may ask you to sign a Denial of Receipt, which will enable us to follow up with Evri to locate your parcel and deliver it to you, or process a refund if applicable.

 

Unfortunately, we can’t provide tracking for Click and Collect parcels. However, if you don’t receive a collection email from your designated store after 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services team, who’ll be more than happy to assist you.

 

*Occasionally, for very high-value orders, these will be shipped by DHL, and tracking will be provided. Orders shipped from stores will come via Royal Mail, and a separate tracking email will be sent to the email address on the order.
