If you’re having trouble with the website we’d suggest you try the following:


Ensure you have not added any spaces when entering your card or telephone number.


If you're experiencing an error message when entering your payment details using autofill, please enter them manually.


If you are still having issues, you may need to delete your cookies, you can do this by selecting 'Tools' or 'History' on your internet browser.


Once you’ve cleared your cookies, close and reopen your browser and revisit our website. You should be able to use it without any more problems.


If you’re still having problems, just get in touch, providing as much detail as you can about the issue, along with any screen shots or error messages your getting and what browser you are using.


We are also aware of an error with our payment gateway which is currently declining some transactions. This is not affecting all customers and if your payment is declined we do recommend trying again.
