We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion. All UK and ROI delivery options, except for Click and Collect, are fully tracked and a link to your tracking information will be in your despatch email.
For Click and Collect orders you will receive an email from your selected store once your order is ready to collect. Your Click and Collect order will be held in store for 10 days.
On the day of delivery, delivery can be any time between 8am and 9pm, you will receive an email from our courier with your estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control such as adverse weather, local events etc. We will always keep our customers updated where possible should this happen.
Our Customer Services team will only be able to answer queries and investigate any orders that have yet to be delivered after the delivery time frame.
Please note, some of your items may be delivered separately as orders are occasionally despatched from different locations. Again, we do ask that you allow the full delivery timeframe to pass before querying your order.
We do not offer delivery to a BFPO, mail forwarding, storage or PO address for example Address Pal, Aramex House or Parcel Motel and won't accept liability of delivery to these addresses. Attempting to use such an address may cause your order to be rejected on our system and your bank to ring fence the value of the order for 10 days. Service update following recent storm damage to Holyhead port and services to Republic of Ireland:
Following the impact of Storm Darragh last weekend, Holyhead Port remains non-operational until further notice due to damage caused by the weather.
We are estimating a 48-72 hour delay on some deliveries and will continue to monitor closely for improvements. We will at best endeavours prioritise deliveries on parcels shipped within the Christmas Delivery last posting date of Sunday 15th December to ensure your customers receive this within the delivery promise.

Evri Parcel Shop (previously Hermes)
Evri Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide Parcel Shops open from early until late, 7 days a week.
You will receive an SMS once your order is ready to collect which will contain your consignment number. To collect your order from your nearest Evri Parcel Shop, just bring your consignment number and photo ID with you when collecting your order.
Your order will be held at your chosen Parcel Shop location for 10 days, before being returned back to our warehouse.
