Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to send out replacements due to our reduced warehouse team or offer partial refunds. However, you are welcomed to return your order back to our warehouse for a full refund.
Alternatively, you will be welcomed to return within 14 days for your local store re-opening should you prefer to obtain an exchange in store.
If your purchase was originally made in store you will be required to return to your local store within 14 days of them reopening and a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Our warehouse are unable to process refunds for in store purchases.
