Christmas will soon be upon us and for customers buying Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns policy.
Any gifts bought online or in store between 24th November and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until, and including, 23rd January 2026 or within 30 days of receipt, whichever is later.
When purchasing gifts in store, please ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can exchange the item or receive a Gift Card if it's not quite right.
If returning an online order through our returns portal a refund will be issued to the original purchaser via original payment method for items received by 23rd January 2026, or within 30 days of receipt, whichever is later.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than the extended return window outlined above, all other terms of our standard returns policy continue to apply.
