Can I return store purchases by post?

For items purchased in a store we do ask that you return these to your nearest Monsoon store for a refund or exchange.

Please bring along your receipt as proof of purchase and ensure all tags are still attached to the item in question. 

However, if you do have any issues returning to your nearest store please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.
