When you confirm your payment information on our site, that instructs your bank to deduct the money from your account and hold it as pending funds.


The funds aren’t actually taken from your account until we despatch your order. If we haven’t despatched the order, for example if your order has been cancelled, then we won’t have charged you, and the money will be released back into your account by your bank.
