If your order has been placed on our Fashion Finder service then this means that your order will arrive in separate parcels. Fashion Finder items are items in your order which are not available from our warehouse but can be sourced from one of our stores. This service is only available to mainland UK address.
Items in Fashion Finder orders may be sent separately depending on where they have been sourced. Please allow the full 4 working days to pass before contacting us about your order.
How do I know if I have a Fashion Finder order?
If you have a Fashion FInder item in your order this will show as a separate delivery on your confirmation and despatch email. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one delivery.
